Programme for young children’s learning
Children’s learning and development is nurtured in their own homes by nanny-educators. Nanny-educators, parents and visiting teachers work collaboratively to plan for each child. Children’s learning is valued and given significance and there is access to a wide range of experiences and activities to support and extend this.

- Nannies Plus, the nanny-educator and the family share the responsibility for planning and recording the child's learning interests.

- resource kits: available for loan to families
Nannies Plus allows each child the freedom to live and learn at their own pace, supported and encouraged by their nanny-educator who enables the child to:
- gain confidence, knowledge, skills and attitudes
- accept simple rules and routines
- be independent, and work co-operatively with others
- explore, experiment, and seek solutions to questions
- express themselves creatively
